 | For context: she has 3 girls under 4. She told me not to gift any toys and clothes because she has so many from her other kids and is overwhelmed by the amount of “junk” they have. I’ve known her since we were in our early 20s. I gave $100 cash for her daughter’s first birthday. My other friend says i should have just showed up with an actual present for her daughter to open anyway. She is 1!! She doesn’t actually care at her age. I have a 2.5 year old son.
