Airbnb guest of 6m left this, gives Breaking bad vibes

I had a couple of male guests staying at my airbnb for 6 months. They had a sus trailer parked in the backyard. After they left, I found this in a box and some chemicals that looked auto related like engine oil etc... anyways what is this and is it worth my time trying to sell it on ebay? EDIT: I reached out to them they did not respond. This was a year ago, and it has been sitting in my closet since. It's brand new in a shipping box. I took it out to take the photo. I just want to get rid of it and thought why not sell it if it's worth anything. Don't even know what to post in description if I listed it somewhere. And Yes I am pretty sure they were making some type of drugs.
