Don't get me wrong I do have some respect for their profession. But no one bridging the gap between buyer and seller should be making 25, 50, $100,000 dollars+ on selling a home just because it was located in Beverley Hills.
At the end of the day I guess it's often the seller's decision to get a realtor involved to make the process easier - I just can't wrap my head around their commission.
