Help me fix my WFH routine

Hey HN folks,

I am - * A Pre-Final year Undergraduate Student * An Open-Source lover * An intern at a decent(I find it really nice) startup * Currently interested in JS, Rust and Compilers

But, during this lockdown I am facing problems regarding my routine. I can't concentrate during day either due to procrasination or due to some disturbances related to doing / helping out in houselhold work and thus, end up staying late in night (somtimes till morning) and then, next day wake up late. This is - * Affecting my health * Affecting my work * I am not able to find time to contribute to Open-Source * I end up getting regrets daily for sleeping till late hours everyday

Thus, please help me to fix my routine.

An ideal day for me would be where I work with full concentration for the stipulated time for my intern work, then find some time for open-source as well as self-learning (read books/learn new tech), get some exercise to burn off fat and also, help out my parents in some work as well.
