Is there a current Smalltalk implementation with decent documentation? I have tried most of them (including the commercial versions) and the documentation of non standard parts, such as graphics, is miserable. If you know of one, let me know.
I have learned quite a few programming languages, and have to say that the current Smalltalk documentation is among the worst. Available Smalltalks and good documentation don't seem to go together.
It is sad to say that the only decent Smalltalks with documentation that I have tried only run on Windows 3.1/DOS! They are Visual Works 1.0B and many versions of Visual Smalltalk, both of which I run @ 2.9 GHz.
