Those friends asking how your feeling are trying to show they care
The strangers asking if you're excited are showing their excitement for you.
Some how so many people got in in their heads that people are obsessed with their pregnancy by showing any sort of kindness. The truth is, no one cares as much as you do. Past a mild interest they dont think about you. They have their own life that goes on outside if you. Take the time to ask them about it. Stop taking innocent questions as an attack or an opportunity to take offense. Pregnancy is not an excuse to be rude. Having a new baby is also not an excuse to except your friends to clean your house (what a weird thing to ask of people)
No one elses world has stopped because you are pregnant.
